MEET AN RN
WHO I AM:
Hello, my name is Nurse Eba and I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. I am a seasoned enfermera.
As an experienced Registered Nurse, I have a deep passion for supporting people on their path to wellness in living and end of life discussions. My experience in the healthcare field and as a family caregiver, enables me to understand individuals who want to find lifestyle options that suit their comfort level. I am a military veteran and can relate to other veterans.
I started my healthcare career in the US Army as a Medic then an LPN. I got my BSN/RN as a civilian. I have worked in the combat support unit hospital and different Army hospitals and clinics, such as Walter Reed Army Medical Center. I helped with treating active covid positive patients during the pandemic in a county medical system in Seattle, Washington called Harborview Medical Center.
It gives me great pleasure to share my skills and experience with adult/senior patients and families, new nurses, and colleagues.
CONSULTING
Referrals by healthcare providers welcomed. We are comfortable with team collaboration method and can create care plans for adult and senior patients. Select treatment plans and homecare procedures can be reviewed for capacity.
We work with private pay nursing services when insurance does not cover needed health assistance.
SUPPORT
Supporting the patient and family is important. Thus, an appropirate level of care should be found at the beginning of a nurse assessment visit. The primary care provider will be called when patients need other forms of professional services.
Select services offered may include wound care, vital signs monitoring, health assessment, respiratory home treatments, blood draws, training and education, and care coordination with other healthcare providers..
TRAINING
We regularly share our knowledge and look for teaching moments. We maintain our basic life support training and insure opportunities for continuing education .
As part of nursing practice, we teach patients and their family members how to follow their care plan and personal goals. This may need some training in procedures and lifestyle changes.

Services are intended for individuals over 18 years of age residing in the United States. Personal information is stored for as long as needed in order to complete the requested services, for continuing communication, and for any legal auditing.
